Guest Rooms
All our units (eight suites, one family room and one cottage) individually decorated in an eclectic, modern, or mid century vintage style. All the rooms have the following amenities:
- Separate private entrance and/or a balcony/terrace
- En-suite bathroom with shower and/or bath tub
- Smart TV with access to Netflix and Youtube and safe deposit box
- Air Conditioner and heater
- Free Wifi
- Coffee and tea tray
- Luxury skin products and hairdryer
- Complimentary welcome sherry
- Bar fridge
- Some of the rooms have a kitchenette
- The executive suite boasts a lounge, dining area, working lounge and kitchenette.
Room options, descriptions, availability and costs will appear as soon as you have entered your dates. Please note that the upstairs rooms will require you to use steep outside steps, so if you have walking difficulties, please opt for a downstairs room. We have indicated this in all room descriptions.
Classic Loft: Africa
This loft has a separate bedroom area upstairs furnished with twin beds. On the ground level is a spacious shower en-suite bathroom. Also a spacious youthful, lounge area to relax in. This unit is suitable for cyclists, with enough space to either keep your bicycle in the unit with you or next door in the storing space provided. This unit contains a safe, Smart TV with access to Netflix and Youtube, Wi-Fi, and air conditioning.
There is a small patio with an outdoor dining area, should you want to have a private meal or just sit outside and enjoy the sunshine and garden area. This unit is not suitable for elderly people, as the steps to the sleeping area are very steep, and care needs to be taken when using them.

Basic Standard Room: Vineyard
This room is furnished with a ¾ bed. It has a spacious en-suite bathroom with a shower. It is a comfortable room, but not spacious: ideally suited for a short business trip. This room is also equipped with a Smart TV with access to Netflix and Youtube, free Wi-Fi, an Air-con, coffee station, and bar fridge.

Classic Rooms: Mountain and Spring
These rooms are situated on the first floor, each with its own balcony and private seating area. It has a beautiful view of the tree-lined neighbourhood's surrounding gardens as well as the Stellenbosch mountains. Guests can enjoy a glass of wine and watch the sunset from this space. These rooms have either a queen-size bed or 2 single beds, and guests can request which ones they prefer. Each room has a private bathroom fitted with a shower. Both are equipped with Smart TV with access to Netflix and Youtube, a safe, air-con, a coffee and tea station, and a bar fridge.

Classic Room: Summer
This room is situated on the ground floor, next to the pool area and garden. It is equipped with a small kitchenette- and has an en-suite bathroom with a shower. There is a queen-size bed, and equipped with Smart TV with access to Netflix and Youtube, a safe, air-con, a coffee and tea station, and a small fridge.
Luxury Suite: Sunrise (1st floor) & Honeymoon (Ground floor)
Each suite is furnished with twin beds that can be converted into a king-size bed, and each room features an en-suite bathroom with a shower and a bath. Both rooms contain a Smart TV with access to Netflix and Youtube, a safe, air-con, and a bar fridge as well as amenities. Sunrise has a beautiful view of the tree-lined neighbourhood, and garden.
Honeymoon is on the ground floor - a more spacious room, specially decorated with a romantic atmosphere - more accessible to enter.
Please note Sunrise is not suitable for elderly people, as the unit is situated on the 1st floor, accessible by very steep steps, and care needs to be taken when using them.

Two-bedroom suite: Cottage
This family garden cottage can accommodate up to 4 guests and consists of 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom with a shower and a bath. Bedroom 1 has 2x single beds that can also be converted to a double bed, and bedroom 2 has a queen size bed. This unit has a kitchenette and is equipped with Smart TV with access to Netflix and Youtube (inside each bedroom), a safe, air-con and Wi-Fi access. It is specially geared for cyclists, with a wash bay, 4 bicycle wall racks outside, and a laundry line for cycling gear. It also has its own private garden area, with a seating area to have lunch under the trees or just relax. This cottage is separate from the main residence, but also next to the pool area. It also has its own patio next to the pool.

Executive Suite
This spacious suite is furnished with a king-size bed and features an en-suite bathroom with a shower and a bath. It boasts a lounge and dining area with a Smart TV with access to Netflix and Youtube, a safe, and air-conditioning. Also, a kitchenette with all the necessary amenities. There is a small reception lounge area as well. This is a very spacious suite, with beautiful views of the Stellenbosch mountains and surrounding area. It is situated on the 1st Floor and is very private.
